At Luxe Custom Designs, every personalized product is created especially for you. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly provide the names, dates, colors, sizes, photographs and any other information needed to complete the design.
Before production begins, we send a digital proof for your approval. The customer must carefully review spelling, colors, element placement and every detail of the design. Once approved, we begin production and cannot make further changes.
Colors may vary slightly due to each screen's settings, the materials used and the printing process. Photographs submitted by the customer must be high resolution. We cannot guarantee optimal results when blurry, pixelated or low-quality images are used.
By approving the design, the customer confirms that all information is correct and authorizes its production.
